The Valeting Group Terms & Conditions
Timings:
We aim to arrive on time for your booking but start and finish times are a guide only. Some times jobs can over run if the previous client add extra services to there valet or the vehicle needs more time spent on it then expected.
If you have school drop offs & pick ups todo I recommend booking a morning appointment when booking mini valet or mini detail so the vehicle is ready for school pick up.
If an afternoon slot is booked and on arrival a member of staff is told by the client they need to cancel due to not being enough time. The full cost of the valet/detail booked will still be due as we can’t fill the space in such short time especially after cost of water and fuel to come to you.
Engine bay detailing:
The valeting Group know how to get at engine bay looking new again all while done safely with correct chemicals and our year of knowledge & experience BUT WE DO NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY ENGINE BAY DETAILING
Valeting & detailing packages:
As above with years of experience in the industry we know the correct methods to valeting & detailing a vehicle correctly and safely but we are not responsible for any damage to the exterior or interior of the vehicle.
If your vehicle paintwork as any rust, laquer peel, or a bad respray this can worsen from cleaning even with the correct chemicals and we will not be accountable for any further damage.
Bookings:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. The booking can be rescheduled for another time but if not rescheduled or cancelled less then 48 hours the booking fee will not be refunded.
Bad weather:
Very lenient when it come to bad weather if you want to reschedule please let me know asap but I’m always happy to crack on but interior work in the rain can cause the leather/ upholstery /plastics to stain.
If it’s torrential rain/wind we may choose ourselves to reschedule the booking for the safety of your vehicle and our staff. We have high standards and if we can’t meet them due to weather we will reschedule.
Window cleaning:
We do not hold any responsibility caused to any windows when carrying out a window clean.
